Made by the La Piuma vineyards
It has a lively red colour.
Tasting Notes : Perfectly balanced with dry, savory and slightly tannic flavors.
Pairing : It pairs well with Red meats and aged Cheeses (manufacturer's reccomendation). I found that it paired well with salmon. I had it along with some Filetto di dentice in salsa taggiasca : seared red snapper with olive taggiasca sauce.

Rotolini di salmone affumicato con panna acida e caviale : stuffed smoked salmon, braised lettuce, sour cream and caviar
