This wine is a White blend of Trebbiano, Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes. It belongs to the Toscana IGT.

The Wine maker is 'Antanello Conti' from Tuscana.

Tasting Notes : It is a fruity wine with a Citrus palate.

Pairing : This white pairs brilliantly with Risotto, I had this with some smoked salmon, saffron and lemon risotto.

This is a red from the Chianti region made from the Sangiovese grape. 

Made by the La Piuma vineyards

It has a lively red colour. 

Tasting Notes : Perfectly balanced with dry, savory and slightly tannic flavors.

Pairing : It pairs well with Red meats and aged Cheeses (manufacturer's reccomendation). I found that it paired well with salmon. I had it along with some Filetto di dentice in salsa taggiasca : seared red snapper with olive taggiasca sauce.
