One dish however caught my attention among all the salt block grills and the gourmet desserts that were on offer. It was the humongous vessel of Biryani labeled ‘Nalli Pasliyan Biryani’
Since I hadn’t heard this term before, I ventured to ask the Chef about the Dish.
This Biryani is a Mutton Biryani which consists of ‘Nalli’ which refers to the juicy Marrow pieces of Mutton and ‘Pasliyan’ which refers to lamb chops or the Lamb Rack pieces. This was a ‘Dum’ birani made with long grained rice and mild spices. Needless to say it was delicious.
